Jana Pickett owns and operates Plains Property Management, bringing hands-on leadership to every home in our care. A Licensed Colorado Managing Broker for more than 22 years, she holds the business to the highest professional and fiduciary standards while keeping the experience refreshingly personal.
She built Plains on a simple belief: property management should be personal, honest, and genuinely helpful. With deep roots in Greeley and Weld County, Jana knows this community, its neighborhoods, and its rental market from the inside out.
